Job Overview

💼 Job Title: Client Support & Onboarding Specialist - GoHighLevel Expert (Currently Hiring 1+)

⏰ Schedule: 9-5 EST, Monday to Friday

📍 Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)

💰 Starting Salary: $5 p/ hour (paid weekly)


We’re hiring a Support & Onboarding Specialist experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL) to help us deliver a seamless experience for our clients. You’ll handle client and internal support requests, manage onboarding and offboarding, and ensure each venue’s GHL sub-account is properly set up, optimized, and running smoothly.


This is not a freelance gig. This is a long-term, full-time role with an established team and proven systems. If you're looking for stable, ongoing work with growth potential, keep reading.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Quickly respond to client and team support requests across email, chat, and Slack

  • Manage client onboarding: sub-account setup, A2P registration, whitelabeling, and integrations.

  • Troubleshoot GHL automations, forms, calendars, and pipelines.

  • Maintain and update client accounts, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

  • Assist with offboarding and documentation updates as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • ✅ 2+ years in customer support or onboarding, preferably in a marketing or SaaS environment

  • ✅ Strong GoHighLevel expertise (workflows, triggers, pipelines, automations)

  • ✅ Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills

  • ✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • ✅ Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • ✅ Reliability in a remote work environment

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with wedding venues or event-based businesses.

  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Slack, and Loom.
