Job Overview

We're looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our ads team and work directly under our Paid Media Manager and Ads Analyst.

You'll start inside the accounts. You'll learn how campaigns are built, what makes them work, and how to spot problems before they escalate.

Over time, you'll take on more diagnostic and analytical responsibility as you prove your understanding of the platform and the business.

This is how our best team members started.

We don't need someone with years of experience. We need someone who learns fast, pays attention to detail, asks good questions, and takes ownership of their work from day one.

The Junior Media Buyer must be reliable, communicative, detail-oriented, and coachable.

Having some familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is a plus, but is not required. We will provide you with the tools, SOPs, and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Work inside Meta Ads Manager daily across multiple client accounts

  • Learn our campaign structure, naming conventions, and launch standards

  • Monitor ad performance and flag anomalies: rising CPLs, delivery issues, spend pacing problems, and creative fatigue

  • Assist with campaign launches including creative uploads, audience setup, budget configuration, and QA checks before ads go live

  • Audit accounts for structural issues, tracking errors, and optimization opportunities

  • Surface findings to the Paid Media Manager and Ads Analyst with clear observations and, over time, your own recommendations

  • Assist with lander split test monitoring by tracking conversion data and surfacing directional findings

  • Support ad request triage by reviewing incoming requests from Account Managers and handling routine ones

  • Keep your work organized and documented so the team can reference it

Daily Tasks

  • Analyze ad performance across assigned client accounts

  • Flag anomalies and performance issues to the Paid Media Manager and Ads Analyst

  • Assist with campaign launches and QA checks

  • Monitor spend pacing and delivery across the portfolio

  • Review and triage incoming ad requests from Account Managers

  • Track lander split test data and document results

  • Communicate with the ads team in Slack throughout the shift

  • Organize and update documentation, tracking sheets, and audit logs

  • Ask questions, learn systems, and apply feedback from training

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail: you notice inconsistencies, errors, and patterns without being told to look

  • Curiosity that turns into action: you don't stop at "CPL went up," you want to know why

  • Clear written communication: we work async in Slack, so being concise and organized in writing matters

  • Coachable: you absorb feedback, apply it, and don't make the same mistake twice

  • Proactive: you flag problems before anyone asks, finish tasks and ask what's next

  • Reliable: you show up on time, follow through, and communicate when something is late or unclear

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: you can work with incomplete information and flag what you're unsure about

  • Strong English reading comprehension: you will read instructions, campaign briefs, and Slack messages in English every shift

  • Required tools: Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Canva

  • Preferred tools: Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel or any CRM

  • Nice to have: Google Analytics/GA4, CapCut, project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello), Claude

  • Experience analyzing data in spreadsheets is a plus

  • Marketing, media buying, or digital advertising background is a plus

  • Wedding industry experience is a plus

Compensation

Your starting rate will be $6/hr USD with room for growth. All media buyer openings are completely remote, include 10 days PTO per year, and offer a clear growth path for someone who invests in the role.
